Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. study digital technology used in recruiting and business employee recruitment efficiency; 2. compare business employee recruitment efficiency classified by personal factors; and 3. study the influence of digital technology on recruiting that affects the business employee recruitment efficiency. This research is quantitative research. Data was collected by a questionnaire of 400 sets. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the overall average of the adoption of digital technology in recruiting was 4.27, and the overall average of business employee recruitment efficiency was at the highest level with a mean of 4.37. As for the results of the study comparing business employee recruitment efficiency classified by personal factors, it was found that personal factors like gender and different levels of education have no difference in business employee recruitment efficiency. As for the personal factors classified by employment conditions, age range, job title, age of employment, and income, they were found to have different business employee recruitment efficiency. And the results of the research can be concluded that the adoption of digital technology in recruiting influences the business employee recruitment efficiency in three areas: quality of work, workload, and duration are statistically significant at the level of 0.05.
