The purpose of this research was to study the guidelines for developing desirable graduate characteristics in the 21st century of Bachelor of Political Science students. Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Surin Rajabhat University Use a qualitative research methodology. by in-depth interview It is a tool for collecting information. The key information providers were Dean, Associate Dean, Chairperson of the Bachelor of Political Science Program. Faculty in Bachelor of Political Science Program Chairman of the Student Council student representative Qualified graduate users and student parents by using a specific selection method. and using content analysis techniques to describe, interpret and explain.
The results of the research revealed that the guidelines for developing desirable graduate characteristics in the 21st century of Bachelor of Political Science students Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Surin Rajabhat University: 1) morality and ethics, awareness of values and virtues, ethics, sacrifice and honesty, discipline, punctuality and responsibility to oneself and society. respect the rules of society Articles of Association and respect the rights and listen to the opinions of others as well as respecting the values and dignity of human beings 2) Knowledge, having knowledge and understanding of important principles and theories in political science content. able to develop academic work and the political science profession to meet the needs and social change appropriately as well as being able to continually develop themselves in professional and academic fields can analyze problems explain the economic impact and can apply knowledge and tools in political science applied to solve problems and able to integrate the knowledge of political science with other related sciences 3) Intellectual skills think critically and systematically thinking, able to search, interpret and assess economic conditions for constructive solutions to community problems. Able to apply knowledge and skills appropriately to solving professional problems in political science and learn more regularly 4) on interpersonal skills and responsibility Responsible for the work done both for oneself and others have leadership and be an effective follower have the initiative to develop improve work and solve situations with their own ideas and methods; and 5) skills in numerical analysis, communication, and the use of information technology. Have skills in using current information technology for use in the job. Able to analyze, process and interpret statistical numerical information. or math able to communicate effectively and can use information technology or new innovations for use in proper communication
