Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of knowledge management (KM) of personnel, Chakribongkot palace 2) to study the level of a learning organization (LO) of personnel, Chakribongkot Palace 3) to study the relationship between knowledge management and being a learning organization of personnel, Chakribongkot Palace This research is quantitative research the sample consisted of 161 personnel at Chakribongkot palace using a simple sampling. The tool used was a questionnaire. The statistics used for the fundamental analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The statistics used to test the hypothesis are Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed 1) The level of knowledge management (KM) of personnel, Chakribongkot palace as a whole at a high level  = 4.42, S.D. = 0.369) with knowledge management in applying the knowledge gained into practice at the highest level (= 4.52, S.D. = 0.429) 2) The level of Learning Organization (LO) of Chakribongkot palace overall, it's at a high level = 4.41, S.D. = 0.294) being a learning organization in learning as a team at the highest level (= 469, S.D. = 0.367) 3) The relationship of knowledge management and Learning organization of personnel, Chakribongkot palace have a positive relationship statistically significant at the 0.05 level the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.67.
