Access to Health Services Through the Application of Mohpromt of People in the Area of Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of access to health services via Moh Promt Application 2) to compare the level of access to health services via Moh Promt Application of people in Nonthaburi Province. The population used in this research were people in the province area, Nonthaburi province, totaling 1,288,637 people. The sample was 400 samples. The proportion of samples in each district was calculated using simple random sampling. The tool is a questionnaire. Using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and inferential statistics including t- test, F- test (one-way ANOVA) with statistical significance at the .05 level. Least significant different (LSD) was examined. 1) The level of access to health services through the “Moh Promt” application of the general public was found to be at a high level  ( = 3.66 , S.D. = 0.352) When considering each aspect, it was found that the accessibility of the service The ability to support the cost of the service Acceptance of giving and receiving services on the suitability of health services 2) Comparison of the level of access to health services through the application of Moh Promt of the people, it was found that age and service through the application Moh Promt had a significant difference at .05, i.e., the age group 18 - 30 ( = 3.64) had less access to health services via the “Moh Promt” application than the 41 - 50 year old group ( = 3.98) The age group 31 - 40 years ( = 3.63) had less access to health services via the “Moh Promt” application than the 41 - 50 year old group ( = 3.98)
