Abstract

Research study on creating the Construction of networks for enhancing the Buddhist vocational education management which is excellent for learning a new normal. The objectives of this research were 1) to create a network to enhance the excellence in Buddhist vocational education management for learning the new way of life 2) Innovation of excellence in Buddhist vocational education management for learning a new normal 3) Transmission and utilization Excellent Buddhist vocational education management for learning a new normal. This research is qualitative research. The target area is 3 Buddhist Vocational Colleges, namely 1) Chumanee Vocational College Sisaket Province 2) Pak Nam Pho Vocational College Nakhon Sawan Province and 3) Moat Technical College Buriram Province Research tools include Sue way, In-depth Interviews with Key Informants and Focus Group Discussions. The results showed that Networking is important to open the mindset of executives as the priority. Because when college administrators realize that the benefits of building a vocational network will benefit both the organization and the individual level. By giving all groups the opportunity to participate in the activities of the College. both administrators, teachers, and students. Use technology as a base for networking, which is to create a virtual world of Metaverse for transfer and use to achieve sustainability in the future.
