Components of Secondary School Administration in the New Normal Era

Abstract

This article is  goal was to research the components of secondary school administration in the new normal era in order to manage secondary schools in a situation-appropriate manner. The study was executed through the review of relevant research and documents to determine issues and a focus group discussion by five experts. The results indicated that the components of school administration in the new normal era included 1) strategy, 2) teacher and personnel development, 3) leadership, 4) learner quality development, and 5) digital technology.
