Abstract

This research has objectives to study performance motivation of security guard license and to compare performance motivation of security guard license in Nakhon Ratchasima Province which classified by gender, age, education level, working period and position. The samples consist of 170 security guards license in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Research instrument is questionnaire and statistics for research are percentage, mean and standard deviation and analyses statistics by compare mean. The research results found that security guards license in Nakhon Ratchasima Province had performance motivation both overview and all factors at high-level on policy and administration, stability and safety, compensation, responsibility and progress. Comparison of performance motivation of security guard license in Nakhon Ratchasima Province found that security guard license with different age and working period had different performance motivation. But security guard license with different sex, education level and position had no different performance motivation.
