Quality of working life of security guard at 101 True Digital Park in Bangkok

Abstract

This research has objectives to study quality of working life of security guard and to study the recommendations of quality of working life of security guard at 101 True Digital Park in Bangkok. This is quantitative research by using survey research method. The samples consist of 240 security guards at 101 True Digital Park in Bangkok. Research instrument is questionnaire and statistics for research are Percentage, Mean and Standard deviation. The research results found that quality of working life of security guard at 101 True Digital Park in Bangkok for quality of working life was moderate and total average of 6 factors was moderate such as physic, emotion, social relations, environment, spirit and security in life. Recommendations for quality of working life of security guard at 101 True Digital Park in Bangkok shows that most of them want the company to raise their salary; next they want their salary payable within the 5^th day of the month and they want to have a diligent allowance and holidays.
