Factors relate to in-out Security Manpower Decision Case study TEC Security Guard Co., Ltd.

This research has objectives to study factors relate to in-out security manpower decision and to study relationship between personal factors, personal motivation factors and organization factor with in-out security manpower decision. The samples consist of 103 security manpower of TEC Security Guard Co., Ltd. Research instrument for data collection is questionnaire and data analysis such as percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis Testing applies t-test, f-test and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The research results found that personal motivation factors and organization factor had an opinion at moderate-level overview. In-out security manpower decision of TEC Security Guard Co., Ltd. had an opinion at less-level overview. Hypothesis testing found that 1) Different gender, age, working period, income and position had no different opinion on In-out security manpower decision. 2) Relationship test between personal motivation factors indicated that job description, success in work and emotion had relation on In-out security manpower decision of TEC Security Guard Co., Ltd. at 0.05 statistically significant level. Respect had no relation on In-out security manpower decision. And 3) Relationship test between organization factor, career stability and interaction had relation on In-out security manpower decision at 0.05 statistically significant level. Policy and administration and compensation had no relation on In-out security manpower decision of TEC Security Guard Co., Ltd.
