Abstract

This article aims to study the Learning Skills Scial and Emotional Learning ; SEL. by using document synthesis research method The study found that Skills are promoted in 5 areas : 1) self-awareness skills promotion ; Teachers or parents have skills training for early childhood children to meditate before starting activities, practicing reflection skills. Encourage children to help themselves and perform various daily activities by themselves, 2) Encourage skills in managing emotions, Teachers organize activities to enhance skills, ability to control emotions and thoughts to know how to wait, Not obsessed with playing understand other people's emotions Let children know how to help, know how to adjust their minds, feel upset, feel insulted, angry, disappointed, 3) Promotion of understanding skills or social awareness, Teachers organize activities to enhance the skills of caring for others, Including being able to understand behaviors resulting from society, values ​​and ethics, practicing skills to get to know and understand others, 4) Promotion of relationship skills There are activities to promote skills in working with others by helping each other, Organize activities to promote group counseling skills Promote social relationship skills, both speaking and communicating Let children be able to communicate with others to understand, Have a good interaction with others. Social interaction based on ethical standards is encouraged, Organize activities to enhance skills in talking about news or events that happen in daily life, practice responsible decision-making skills It trains children to reason, distinguish problems, and solve problems.
