The Participative Management of School Administration Affecting the Learning Organization in the New Normal Era under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Songkhla Satun

The objectives of this research are: 1. to study the participatory management of school administrators, 2. to study the learning organization in the new normal era, 3. to study the participatory management of school administrators which created the learning organization in the new normal era, and 4. to study the participatory management leadership of school administrators that leads to the formation of learning organization in new normal era in the Office of Songkhla Secondary Educational Service Area, Satun. A quantitative Mixed Method was employed in this research. Data was collected from the sample of 448 people. The tool used is questionnaire; with the part about participatory management of school administrators and another part about learning organization in the new normal era with confidence of 0.981 and 0.973 respectively. The data was analyzed statistically for values of average, percentage, standard deviation. Regression analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis were then carried out. Data providers for the qualitative research are 5 school administrators. Data was obtained by semi-structured interviewed and then processed by content analysis. The research findings revealed that 1) the participatory management of school administrators was at the highest level. 2) Learning organization in the new normal was at the highest level. 3) Participatory management of school administrators affecting the emergence of a learning organization in the new normal era enabled the prediction at 87.6% with a statistical significance of .001. 4) As a guideline for the participatory administrative approaches of school administrators for creating the learning organizations in the new normal era, administrators should create love and unity in educational institutions. reduce conflicts, increase happiness and mutual trust, work as a team, encourage personnel to learn for achieving the goals which will transform the school to a sustainable learning organization in the new normal era.
