Abstract

The objectives of this research were to investigate the factors affecting personnel management competencies of school administrators in the new normal era, the level of factors affecting personnel management competencies of school administrators in the new normal era, the factors affecting personnel management competencies of school administrators in the new normal era, and the approaches to applying factors affecting personnel management competencies of school administrators in the new normal era. The mixed method research of Ratana Buason (Ratana Buason, 2011, p. 109) started with the quantitative method. A sample of 317 students was obtained from the Krejcie & Morgan chart by stratified random sampling, using school size as a criterion. Then, perform a simple random sampling with a questionnaire and perform the second phase of research with a qualitative method. A sample of 5 executives using an interview form. The statistics used in analyzing the data included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, stepwise multiple regression analysis, and interpretive content analysis. The research findings included: 1. The level of factors affecting personnel management competencies of school administrators in the new normal era, was at the highest level. 2. Personnel management competency level of school administrators in the new normal era, was at the highest level. 3. Factors influencing staff management skills of school administrators in the new normal era by analyzing stepwise multiple regression, affecting staff management skills of school administrators in the new normal era. The statistically significant positive effect at the .001 level. 4. Guidelines for applying factors affecting personnel management competencies of school administrators in the new normal era of the Office of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area 2 can be applied.
