Abstract

This research aimed to 1) investigate the efficiency in using the electronic office system of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi for administrative, and 2) explore suggestions for improving the efficiency in using the system.  This study was a survey research. The research sample group consisted of 327 support staff members and faculty members who were using the electronic office system of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested using t-test, F-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. The research results revealed the following. Most of the respondents found the factors affecting the efficiency in using the electronic office system were at a high level in terms of the efficiency of the system. The multiple regression analysis to determine the variables capable of identifying the factors affecting the efficiency in using the electronic office system resulted in the value of .653. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the factors affecting the efficiency in using the electronic office system were at a high level were the ability in learning how to use the system at .128, and the errors encountered when using the system at .059, with the statistical significance level of .05.
