Abstract

This research objectives: 1) to study the use of digital platforms in administration 2) to compare the use of digital platforms in administration classified by gender, school size educational background, and administrative experience, and 3) to study the guidelines for using digital platforms in school administration under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Songkhla Satun. The sample group was administrators of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Songkhla, Satun, 117 people. Craigie and Morgan's table determined the sample size. and simple sampling The tool used was a questionnaire created by the researcher. The content validity was between 0.68-1.00 and the confidence value for the entire issue was .982. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test,  F-test, and the pairwise test by LSD method. 1.The use of digital platforms in school administration, including 4 aspects, was high. When considering each element, it was found that the use of digital platforms in school administration in Academic administration, Budget administration, Personnel administration, and general administration at a high level. 2.Comparisons of the use of digital platforms in the administration of schools under the Songkhla Satun Secondary Educational Service Area Office classified by sex in all 4 aspects were not different. Classified by school size, it was found that the terms Personnel administration and General administration were different at statistical significance at the .05 level. Budget administration was different. With statistical significance at the .01 level. No difference Classified by educational qualifications, it was found that Budget administration and Personnel administration were different at statistical significance at the .01 level. And General administration was no different. Classified by experience in school administration, it was found that Academic administration was different. with statistical significance at the .01 level by Budget administration, Personnel administration, and General administration with no difference. 3.The comparison of the use of digital platforms in the administration of schools under the Songkhla Satun Secondary Educational Service Area Office classified by sex in all 4 aspects was not different. Statistically significant at the .05 level, which, when compared by school size, found that Personnel administration and General administration were different at statistical significance at the .05 level, while the Budget administration was different. With statistical significance at the .01 level. No difference in statistical significance at the .05 level. And Personnel administration was different in statistical significance at the .01 level. And General administration was no different. Statistically significant at the .05 level. However, if compared by experience in school administration, it was found that Academic administration was different with statistical significance at the .01 level and Budget administration, Personnel administration, and General administration no difference statistically significant at the .05 level.
