Service quality affects the decision to use PT Max Camp service for Commercial trucks, in PT Station. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This research aimed 1) To study the level of opinions about service quality in using PT Max Camp service of commercial trucks. In  PT gas station, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 2) To study the level of opinion, about the decision to use PT Max Camp service of commercial trucks in PT Ayutthaya station. 3) To study service quality  affecting the decision to use PT Max Camp service of commercial trucks, In PT stations, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The samples were commercial truck drive, to use PT Max Camp service, in PT stations, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. And collected data by questionnaires. A convenient random sampling method was used for 400 samples. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance. and of multiple regression. Analysis, The results showed that service quality of PT Max Camp in PT stations, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. was at the highest level. and the opinion level of the decision to use PT Max Camp service of commercial trucks, in PT stations, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya provinces, was at the highest level. And service quality affecting decision to use commercial truck service to use PT Max Camp service in PT station, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. was found that empdthay,Problm Recynitior,Tanible and Railiability affecting the decision to use commercial truck services to use PT Max Camp service in PT gas station, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province was statistically significant at the .01 level.
