Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study conditions of the promotion of the reading projects of school administrations under Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group consisted of 162 schools. The informants were 118 school administrators or academic teachers from each school. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation with a 0.6 -1.00 Index of Item Objective Congruence and 0.98 of reliability. The result found that overall at a high level ( = 4.45). When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was planning ( = 4.49) and the aspect with the lowest mean was an improvement ( = 4.41).
