Quality of work life of employees of Kan Eng Construction Co., Ltd.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the quality of working life of employees of Kan-Eang Construction Company Limited and to compare the quality of working life of employees of Kan-Eang Construction Company Limited classified by personal factors. The sample used in the research Employees of Kan Eang Construction Company Limited, totaling 133 people. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test used for one-way ANOVA analysis. that there was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level, then the pairwise differences were examined by means of LSD.           The results of the research found that the level of quality of work life of employees of Kan Eang Construction Co., Ltd. in overall was at the highest level. When considering each side, it was found that the nature of work was involved and directly related to society. was at the highest level, followed by the nature of work based on law and the development of knowledge and competence at the highest level The balance between life and work as a whole. at the highest level The nature of work that promotes growth and stability for workers at the highest level The environment and job characteristics contribute to the social integration of workers. at the highest level and compensation were at the highest level, respectively.
