Success Factors in Online Business Management in New Normal in Samut Sakhon Province

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the success factors in online business management in new normal in Samut Sakhon Province ; and 2) to study the relationship among success factors in online business management in new normal in Samut Sakhon Province between businesses with more followers and businesses with less followers. It was a quantitative research. The sample consisted of 400 e-retail operators with an online store. Data were collected using a questionnaire validated by experts with an IOC of .985 and Cronba's alpha coefficient of .963 and send it to the sample to answer the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. When receiving a complete questionnaire, the data was analyzed using a statistical program consisting of mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of the research found that 1) for success factors of online business management in new normal in Samut Sakhon Province , all 4 perspectives had a total mean of 3.94 at a high level. When separated by aspects, it was found that the learning and development perspective had the highest average followed by the internal process perspective, customer view and financial perspective, respectively; and 2) in the aspect of the relationship of success factors in online business management in new normal in Samut Sakhon Province , it was found that the number of online business followers had no relationship with the success factors in managing an online business in new normal in Samut Sakhon Province , that is, the success factors in managing an online business in new normal in Samut Sakhon Province was not related to the number of followers with statistical significance at the .05 level.
