Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the level of Creative Leadership of school Administrators and relationship between Creative Leadership of School Administrators and Teacher Competencies Under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample used in this research was a group of 291 administrators and teachers under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s comparison table and proportionate stratified random sampling method by school size. The tool used to collect data was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .97. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The levels of overall opinion on Creative Leadership of school Administrators Affecting Teacher Competency Under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at high level. Considering by aspect, All aspects are at a high level. 2. The levels of overall on Teacher Competencies Under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at high. 3. The overall on Pearson Product Moment Correlation between Creative Leadership of school Administrators and Teacher Competency Under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 have a positive relationship, with statistical significance at the .01 level. Considering by aspect, All aspects of creative leadership are positively related. 4. The regression analysis coefficients recounted the creative leadership events of a large number of applicants, including teachers. Regulatory agencies, various offices, level 0.01, come and put, sometimes find the 4th, will receive the coefficient of events that will occur again 15.3 will be received every time, all 4, including many teachers at the 0.01 level
