This research aimed to 1) investigate the participative administration of school administrators under the Pathum Thani Secondary Education Service Area Office, 2) propose the practical approach of the participative administration of school administrators. The research sample consisted of 322 teachers under the Pathum Thani Secondary Education Service Area Office. The key informants included five school administrators from the Pathum Thani Secondary Education Service Area Office. The instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. To analyze the data, the researcher conducted statistics consisting of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis for the qualitative study. The findings revealed that: 1) The overall participative administration of school administrators under the Pathum Thani Secondary Education Service Area Office demonstrated a high level (= 4.28, S.D. = 0.71). 2) The practical approach of school administrators to participatory administration included six dimensions. (1) Participation in planning: school administrators should allow teachers to participate in determining the resources for various operations and give precedence to resources with the greatest benefit and value. (2) Participation in goal-setting: School administrators should allow teachers to participate in determining goals and directions for operations to understand and implement in the same direction. (3) Participation in decision-making: school administrators should engage teachers in evaluation decisions, examination of the various operations and necessities of the organization. (4) Participation in operations: School administrators should involve teachers in activities with the community and parents. (5) Participation in advantage: As a morale booster for teachers, school administrators should congratulate teachers on successful performance. (6) Participation in assessment: Administrators should support teachers in performance evaluation, observe corporate culture for delightful living, and use technology for teachers expecting results from performance.
