Abstract

The purposes of this research were as follow: 1) to study the internal factors generality of Property and Construction Listed Companies: liquidity, financial leverage, profitability, efficiency and stock price and 2) to study the internal factors affecting stock prices of Property and Construction Listed  Companies. The Populations consisted of 139 property and construction firms. The analysis included descriptive statistics and Multiple Regression Analysis. The study found that, 1) The companies had good liquidity and ability to repay debt. There were sufficient assets to be able to pay off debts. They had good operating efficiency and generated returns from assets and returns to the investor. The company's stock price in the industry, the average was about 8 baht. And 2) There was only an operational efficiency factor (measured by total asset turnover) that affected positively to stock prices.
