The Development of Administration Model for Promoting Lifelong Learning of students under the Lampang Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to create and evaluate an educational institution administration model for lifelong learning promotion of learners. Under the Office of the Promotion of Non-formal Education and Informal Education, Lampang Province Methods for conducting research in 2 parts as follows: Part 1 Creating a pattern by studying the needs The informants were 26 educational institute administrators and teachers of the District Non-Formal Education Center, interviews with 9 experts, and model checking. 6 experts Part 2 Model Assessment The group of informants consisted of 30 people. The research tools were interview forms, questionnaires, model manuals. Data were analyzed using the updated Priority Needs Index (PNI) method standard deviation and content analysis.
