The Personnel Administration under the office of Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

The objective of this research were to study and compare the personnel Administration of academic Administrators under the office of Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population using in this research were 163 persons from the school administrators under he office of Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Area 2. The instruments using in the research were 3 parts questionnaires and the statistics using for data analysis include percentage, mean and standard deviation for study the general data of the population. The Inferential statistics included t-test and F-test for comparison the levels on Personnel management of school administrators under the office of Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Area 2 by dividing on gender,age education level and work experience. The results of findings were as follows : For overall of the Personnel Administration of Institutional Administrators under the office of Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area 2 was in high level and considering on each aspect, there were founded that the aspects on power rate planning, Positioning, Personnel recruitment and packing appointment were in the highest level and the rests were discipline, observances, punishment the appeal and dismissal and the aspects with the least level were the promotion and the performance of appraisal for development of teachers and educational personnel.  For overall of comparison on the levels of Personnel Administration of academic  Administrators under the office of Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area 2 by dividing on gender,age education level and work experience was founded that the difference on age was on statistical significant difference at 0.50 level. But,the aspects on gender, educational level, and work experience were not difference. The suggestions for guidelines on Personnel Administration of academic Administrators under the office of Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area  2 were as follows : 1. The power rate planning and positioning should be on mission of the school, teachers and educational personnel and 2. The packing appointment for the and should be on appointment the committee for demonstration control, and working following up for the new and on perceiving knowledge and understanding on working for the received work.
