Verify the quality of tools by reviewing content validity from experts. Confidence was checked by the Cronbach alpha coefficient. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis. The quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation and test statistics. The results were as follows: 1) The management model for patients with STEMI among nursing network of Kanchanaburi consisted of Fast track: Take CCare Model and finally, the model was certified by experts. 2) Nurses had significantly higher mean scores on knowledge, nursing skill and readiness of nursing practice after using the management model (p<.01), and score of satisfaction was the most level. 3) Patients with STEMI received faster diagnosis and treatment, it was found reduce the mortality rate and increase quality of life.
