Abstract

This study on Factors affecting the competitiveness of used car business operators in Bangkok. The purpose of this study were to determine: 1. To study the opinion level of competency factors of used car business operators in Bangkok. 2. To study the level of marketing mix factors of used car business in Bangkok. 3. To study the level of competitive advantage of used car business operators in Bangkok. and 4. to study factors affecting competitive advantages of used car business operators in Bangkok. and the sample population consisted of 400 personals, using nonprobability sampling technique that a researcher uses to choose a sample of accidental sampling and the convenience sampling method. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by Enter method. The result of the study has found that, 1. The level of competency factors of used car business operators in Bangkok was at the highest level. 2. The level of marketing mix factors of used car business in Bangkok was at the highest level. 3. The level of competitive advantage of used car business operators in Bangkok was at the highest level. And found that 4. The ability to control the situation of the marketing mix can jointly forecast the creation of competitive advantages of used car business operators in Bangkok with a statistically significant level of .01.
