Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the problem of infectious waste management in the Li Subdistrict Municipality, Loei Province. It was qualitative research using document analysis and in-depth interviews. from 17 directly involved persons who provided important information using purposive sampling The triangular examination process was used to analyze the data by interpreting it to generate inductive conclusions. obtained from documents and interviews It considers the context and uses descriptive text writing. The results showed that Garbage is something that is used in human daily activities and thrown away. because it is no longer available or is not desirable by the user. Or it may be for other reasons that make them become something that has no value or is not useful for living anymore. Either solid or soft, with moisture, such as plastic bags Wastepaper, food scraps, rags, food containers, ashes, manure or carcasses This includes any other material that can be cleared from streets, markets, livestock farms or elsewhere. This is consistent with the Enhancement and Conservation of the National Environmental Quality Act of 1992, which states that solid waste is part of the word "waste", which means solid waste, sewage, wastewater, polluted air, droppings, or any other hazardous substances. which is left unattended or comes from a source of pollution Including residues or sludge from those things that are solid, liquid or gaseous, which have many different methods of waste management. both reuse Or recycle them into new things to use in everyday life.
