Satisfaction with the use of Electronic Correspondence Systems of Employees of the Provincial Electricity Authority (Head Office)

The objectives of this study were to 1) study the level of satisfaction with using electronic correspondence systems 2) to compare the satisfaction of using electronic correspondence systems of provincial electricity authority (headquarters) employees classified according to personal factors. The statistics used to analyze the data are average, percentage, standard deviation, and one-way variance analysis, with statistical significance set at the level of .05. The results of the study showed that the provincial electricity authority (head office) employees There is a high level of satisfaction in using electronic correspondence systems overall. Hypothetical test results showed that Provincial Electricity Authority (Headquarters) employees with different genders, ages, levels of education, and position levels. There is no difference in satisfaction in the use of electronic correspondence systems. Meanwhile, provincial electricity authority employees (headquarters) with different lines of work. There is a preference for using different electronic correspondence systems. Statistically significant at the level of 0.5.
