The purpose of this research was to study the approaches for developing the quality of public administration. of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior It is qualitative research using document analysis and in-depth interviews. from 17 directly involved persons who provided important information using purposive sampling The triangular examination process was used to analyze the data by interpreting it to generate inductive conclusions. obtained from documents and interviews It considers the context and uses descriptive text writing. The results showed that before proceeding to develop the quality of government management of the Office of the Permanent Secretary for the Interior Should study and understand the concepts and criteria of improving the quality of public administration. Also known as the abbreviation PMQA, the main idea of improving the quality of government management is the desire to see government agencies focusing on government operations that focus on leading the organization with vision.
