Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) To study the Market Management by Underline Customers Centric and the Decision to Purchase Electric Vehicles of Consumers in Samutprakarn (2) To Compare differences between the decisions of  Consumers in Samutprakarn (3) To study the Market Management by Underline Customers Centric  the Decision to Purchase Electric Vehicles of Consumers in Samutprakarn  Affecting the Decision to Purchase Electric Vehicles of Consumers in Samutprakarn. The Sample used in this research is 400 Samutprakran working people, using questionnaires as a tool for data collection. The statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation by testing the hypothesis by using t-test statistics, one – way variance statistics (One – way ANOVA). If differences are found by using LSD methods and using multiple regression statistics. The result of hypothesis testing the Consumers in Samutprakarn with different gender did the decision-making process of purchasing the electric vehicle differently. The Consumer with different age occupation education levels and average monthly incomes did the decision-making process of purchasing the electric vehicle differently. the Market Management by Underline Customers Centric Customer focused leadership Empower the front line Feedback drives continuous improvement Metrics that matters Understanding your customer Design the experience affected the decision-making process of purchasing electric vehicle.
