Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the problems in local development in infrastructure of Suan Kuai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Ban Pong District Ratchaburi Province It is qualitative research using document analysis and in-depth interviews. from 17 directly involved persons who provided important information using purposive sampling The triangular examination process was used to analyze the data by interpreting it to generate inductive conclusions. obtained from documents and interviews It considers the context and uses descriptive text writing. The results showed that the problem of local development is a movement that combines the power of the people with government officials. to improve economic conditions Society and community culture to prosper and integrate those communities into life for the full progress of the nation. Local development is a process aimed at enhancing the well-being of the people. The cooperation of the local people and the initiative of the local people. But if the local people do not know the initiative, use a technique to encourage the initiative. This is to make this method receive a response from the local people with serious enthusiasm.
