Abstract

The objectives of this research are : to study and compare School-Based Management in Inclusive Education for Student with Special Needs Under to the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by gender, educational background, work experience and school size, and study development guidelines. The sample consisted of 200 teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by simple random sampling. with a non-refundable lottery method. The research tool was an estimating scale questionnaire. The confidence was obtained by using the alpha coefficient method. has a confidence value of .843 and an open-ended interview. The data was analyzed statistically for values of average, percentage, standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested using t-test statistics (t-test), f-test (One Way ANOVA) and content analysis.

         The research findings revealed that

  1. School-Based Management in Inclusive Education for Student with Special Needs Under to the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, both overall and on individual aspects, were at the high level.
  2. Comparison of the implementation of the School-Based Management in Inclusive Education for Student with Special Needs Under to the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by sex, educational background, work experience and size of educational institutes, it was found that sex, educational background, and work experience There were no differences in overall and individual opinions. School size section There are overall opinions and different aspects. statistically significant at the .001 level

             3. Approaches for the development of school-based administration in the inclusion of children with special needs Under the Office of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area 1, that is, school administrators must give opportunities to basic education school committees, teachers, educational personnel, communities to take part in recognizing the use of budget.
