A Study of Participation Administration in Educational Management of Personnel Under Phitsanulok Provincial Office of The Non-Formal and Informal Education

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study of Participation Administration in Educational Management of Personnel under Phitsanulok Provincial Office of The Non-Formal and Informal Education. The samples of this research consisted of 113 school directors, teachers and librarians who work under Phitsanulok Provincial Office of The Non-Formal and Informal Education. The research instruments were questionnaire with five rating scales. The data were analyzed by using Mean and Standard Deviation. The results of this research was the level of the Administration in Educational Management of Personnel under Phitsanulok Provincial Office of The Non-Formal and Informal Education in overall was at high level, the highest aspect being the operational participation and the lowest aspect being the participation in evaluation.
