Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the components, 2) to study the needs, and 3) to administer guidelines for teacher development in learning management by PLC process of Ban Huai Ya Sai School. The 3-step research methodology, population, needs and guideline study were 30 school administrators and teachers. The informants in the guideline construction process were 6 experts. Research tools were synthesis tables. information Assessment of needs Appropriateness of the approach, satisfaction, reflection, data analysis using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Content analysis and priority needs index method (PNImodified). Research Findings  1.Management for teacher development in learning management by the process of professional learning community (PLC) found that there were 3 components:   1) principles 2) management for teacher development in learning management and 3) professional learning community process (PLC) 2.The need for management for teacher development in learning management by learning community process Professional knowledge (PLC) as a whole, the first three are the formulation of teaching strategies. Learning activities 3.Administrative guidelines for teacher development in learning management The Professional Learning Community (PLC) process is appropriate. The average is at the highest level.
