Abstract

This research aimed to study The implementation of the Balance Scorecard of educational institutions in the Wang Thong Educational Development Network 4 under The Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 The sample is 12 school administrators, 85 teachers, a total of 97 people in schools in the Wang Thong Educational Development Network 4, academic year 2021. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation. The results showed that Implementation of the Balance Scorecard of educational institutions Overall, it was at a high level and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the learning and development perspective. And the aspect with the lowest mean was the student perspective.
