Abstract

This research was purposed to 1) evaluate the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration (New Curriculum 2018) Office of General Educational, Siam Technology College to the CIPP evaluation model and according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education. The samples of the research were a total 144 respondents, divided into curriculum lecturers, postgraduate students, and existing students in the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration (New Curriculum 2018) Office of General Educational, Siam Technology College and selected by the simple random sampling method. The research instruments involved questionnaires. IOC was valued at 1.00 and the reliability was 0.98. Data analysis statistics employed frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Research results revealed that: 1) The evaluation the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration (New Curriculum 2018) Office of General Educational, Siam Technology College to the CIPP evaluation model, the overall performance was at a high level. When considering each individual aspect, the aspect with the highest average of the top 3 is output, process and input. The aspect with the lowest average is context. 2) The evaluation the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration (New Curriculum 2018) Office of General Educational, Siam Technology College according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education was found that the performance to based on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education of 2015 all 12 compulsory accounted for 100 percent.
