Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the learning organization which classified as the positions, educational background, and experiences of teachers in Phatthalung vocational education colleges. Besides the objective was to evaluate the suggestion for developing the learning organization of vocational education, Phatthalung province. A sample of 166 teachers were drawn from vocational education college in Phatthalung province using stratified sampling method. The statistics used for data analysis were t-test and F-test by one way ANOVA analysis variance. The research findings the total opinion of learning organization was at the high level in every aspect. The most is systematic thinking, collaborative learning, shared vision, mental models, and personal mastery, respectively. The educational background and position of teachers opinion in Phatthalung vocational education colleges were not different. The teachers opinion on the learning organization showed that the working experience was statistically significant difference at .01 level. Considering each aspect, the personal mastery was statistically significant difference at .01 level. The systematic thinking and shared vision were statistically significant difference at .05 level. The results of recommendation processing about development of 6 vocational education colleges in Phatthalung province revealed that they need to have a process of building a learning organization in order to further learning in the future. The administrators should be promoted them to develop and lead the process to achieve practical and effective change
