Relationship between Transformational Leadership and School Administration Under the Songkhla Primary Education Service Area 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the transformation leadership school administrators and relationship between transformational leadership and school administration under the Songkhla primary education service area 1.The samples used in this research comprised 313 teacher who worked in office of Songkhla primary education service area 1.The tool used a questionnaire which is performed to choose 5 kinds.Statistics used for data analysis included Percentages,means,standerd deviations and Pearson^,s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research findings 1. Transformation leadership of school administrators under Songkhla primary education service area 1 according to the teachers. In overall as well as all individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, idealized influence and inspiration motivation respectively 2. The educational administration under Songkhla primary education service area 1 according to the teachers as a whole and each aspect were at the high level. In descending order as follows: general administration, budget management, person administration and academic administration respectively 3. relationship between transformational leadership and school administration under the Songkhla primary education service area 1 according to the teacher as a whole were at the highly positive, at .01 significance level (r_xy = .848) 4. relationship between transformational leadership and school administration under the Songkhla primary education service area 1 each aspect found. The transformational leadership of intellectual stimulation and academic education showed high relationship (r_x3y1 = .780). However, the transformational leadership of the individual consideration and person administration presented low relationship (r_x4y3 = .577)
