Competency of Private School Administrators in Quality Development Center 1 Navamit under office of the Private Education Songkhla

The objectives of this research were to 1) study competency of private school administrators in quality development center 1 Navamit under office of the private education Songkhla Province 2) to compare competency of private school administrators in quality development center 1 Navamit under office of the private education Songkhla Province based on the opinions of teachers classified by age, educational background, and work experiences 3) to study suggestions for developing competency of private school administrators in quality development center 1 Navamit under office of the private education Songkhla Province. The sample groups in this research were 196 private school teachers in quality development center 1 Navamit under office of the private education Songkhla Province obtained by determining the sample size according to the table (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970, pp. 607–610) and using a simple random sampling method to obtain a sample number proportional to the sample size and the sample population. The research tool is a questionnaire. The confidence level of the paper was 0.948, and the data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test. The result of study revealed that competency of private school administrators in quality development center 1 Navamit under office of the private education Songkhla Province in overall and by individual aspects was at high level. A comparison of competency of private school administrators in quality development center 1 Navamit under office of the private education Songkhla Province 1.Revealed that the teachers who differences in age and work experience showed no differences in their opinion. 2.Towards competency of private school administrators in quality development center 1 Navamit under office of the private education Songkhla Province. Furthermore, study competency of private school administrators in quality development center 1 Navamit under office of the private education Songkhla Province in overall was perceived by teachers who differ in educational background. But had a different level of 0.5 statistically significant. 3.The results of the evaluation of the recommendations according to the highest frequency in each aspect showed that the achievement-oriented aspect was that there should be a clear operational plan for each duty of the school in terms of communication and allure, which should give encouragement and include respect for others.
