Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the level of quality of work life officers in central administrative units, Office of the Narcotics Control Board and to compare quality of work life of officers classified by personal factors, and to study the relations of organizational climate and work life quality. The samples composed of 235 officers in central administrative units, Office of the Narcotics Control Board.
The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using the packaging computer program. The statistics used in data analysis and presented through percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation. The level of significance for statistical testing was .05. The result showed that the officers in central administrative units, Office of the Narcotics Control Board had high level of quality of work life. The hypothesis testing showed that the officers in central administrative units had difference in personal factors; working department had caused difference in quality of work life. The result indicated that organizational climate had relations with quality of work life at significance level of .05.
