This research were purposes to study compare agile leadership of school administrator on the personnel administration by perception of teacher under the jurisdiction of the Klong Sam Wa District Office, Bangkok Metropolis by classifying in level of education, work experience and school size. The samples are 248 teachers. Set the sample size using Cohen's ready-made table and using a simple random sampling method. The tool used is A questionnaire on teachers' perceptions about agile leadership of school administrators in personnel management according to teachers' perceptions in schools under the Khlong Sam Wa District Office, Bangkok. The research instrument using to collect data is questionnaire rating 5 scale, 40 questions. The confidence questionnaire was 0.987. Collecting data using google form online and were 236 the questionnaire response (95.16% of total). The basic information data of sample by using mean, standard deviation, compare the agile leadership of school administrator by using t-test statistic for level of education and using one-way ANOVA for work experience and school size. The research findings were as follows: The overview and each aspect, Agile leadership of school administrator on the personnel administration by perception of teacher under the jurisdiction of the Klong Sam Wa District Office, Bangkok Metropolis by overview and each aspect, was high. The comparison results of agile leadership of school administrator on the personnel administration by classifying in level of education, work experience and school size. By overview and each aspect, there were no significance difference.
