Educational Risk Management of School Administrators Under Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area office 2

Abstract

This research is survey research which aims to study and compare educational risk management of school administrators as perceived by teachers under Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by level of education, working experience and the size of the school. First, determine the sample size by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan with 275 respondents as a sample group. Next, using a clustering method according to the size of the school and then randomly sample each location study by using Simple Random Sampling Method with a Non-return Labeling Method. The tool used as a 5-level rating scale with Cronbach's Alpha (0.925). The statistics used for data analysis were mean Standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The research findings included: 1.Educational Risk management of school administrators under Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the overall and financial aspect is at a high level.
2 Comparison of risk management levels of school administrators classified by level of education, work experience and the size of the school found that work experience, in overall opinions, are significantly different at the level of .05. The size of the school, in the overall opinions, are significantly different at the level of .001. There are no differences in the overall and financial aspect in terms of education level. 3.Risk management guidelines for school administrators under Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, First, administrators should allow personnel from all departments to participate in the preparation of strategic plans. Second, systematically follow up on the operation of the work and check the results of expenditures according to the pre-planned financial budget. And lastly, personnel should be encouraged to have ample knowledge and understanding of the laws and regulations that governs their area of work.
