The purposes of this research was to study the quality of working life of the police officer, the Police Training Center Region 7 and comparison of the quality of working life classified by personal factors of the police officer, the Police Training Center Region 7. The sample used in the research were police officers. The samples were 170 people under the Police Training Center Region 7. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. by using a ready-made program, the hypothesis was tested with the t-test and one-way ANOVA. If the pairwise mean differences were statistically significant, Scheffe's test was used for pairwise comparison. research results. It was found that the quality of working life of police officers, the Police Training Center Region 7 had a high level of quality of working life. When classified by aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest level of participation, respectively, was the aspect of work relations that benefited society. The results of the hypothesis test for differences between personal factors, namely gender, age, marital status, level of education, years of service and income of the police officer, the Police Training Center Region 7 different, there was no difference in the quality of working life.
