Improving the Quality of Public Administration (Public Sector Management Quality Award: PMQA 4.0) From the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the quality development of public sector management of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior. and to compare the level of development of the quality of government management Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior Classified by individual factors The samples used in the research were 349 civil servants and civil servants from the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation,            t-test, and analysis of variance. The statistical significance was set at the 0.05 level.research results It was found that the Public Sector Management Quality Award (PMQA 4.0) of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior was at the highest level. when considering side by side It was found that the operational results was at the highest level, followed by process management at the highest level; measurement, analysis and knowledge management at the highest level Focusing on human resource development at the highest level in terms of giving importance to service users and stakeholders, it was at the highest level. Strategic Planning at a high level and in the aspect of organizational leadership were at a high level, respectively.
