Motivational Factors for Choosing Organic Farm Stay in Kanchanaburi Province

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the motivational factors for choosing organic farm stay in Kanchanaburi Province, Thailand. This study employed a qualitative method using a questionnaire. The data were obtained from 207 Thai tourists who experienced organic farm stay in Kanchanaburi Province. Descriptive statistics were determined regarding Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, T-Test, F-Test, Scheffe' Pair Wise Comparison, and Multiple Correlation Coefficient. Results revealed that the participants were highly motivated to choose organic farm stay (M=3.62). The hypothesis testing showed a 3.83 Mean score for external factors of the participants and a 3.41 Mean score for internal factors, respectively.
