Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study 1) the satisfaction level of motivation factors of local executive’s administration in Nongprue Subdistrict Administrative Organization, 2) the opinion level of core competencies and efficiencies of civil servants, and employees in Nongprue Subdistrict Administrative Organization, and 3) the relationship between individual factors, core competencies, and motivation factors were expected to create the job efficiencies of civil servants, employees in Nongprue Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The populations were 189 civil servants, and employees in Nongprue Subdistrict Administrative Organization Bangplee District, Samutprakan Province, which were selected by purposive sampling, and questionnaires. The A statistic to analyze were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Spearman's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analyses. The finding found the most of respondents were female, span of age 20-30 years, high school/vocational certificate, employees were hired by mission, and under the office permanent secretary, the satisfaction level of motivation factors of local executive’s administration in overall was at high level, sorted by executives’ s management/policy ; working environment ; human resource management, and organizational support and motivation, the opinion level of core competencies in overall was at high level, sorted by achievement-oriented, and team work ; organizational understanding, and work system ; service mind ; adherence to the accuracy, and ethics, the opinion level of job efficiencies in overall was at high level, sorted by workload ; work quality ; work speed ; resourcefully economical, and cost-effectiveness of and the different individual factors didn’t affect to job efficiencies, nevertheless motivation factors, and core competencies totally affect to job efficiencies at .05 statistical significance level.
