Abstract

The purposes of the research were to 1) investigate the conditions of transformational leadership of school administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Vocational Education office, 2) explore the approaches to transformational leadership of school administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Vocational Education office, and 3) to evaluate beneficence of the approaches to transformational leadership of school administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Vocational Education office. The samples and the data source used in the research were teachers and experts, which collected data through questionnaires, interviews, and evaluation forms of academic year 2022 from the samples consisting of 140 teachers and 9 experts, a total of 149 people. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings of the research indicated that; 1) The conditions of transformational leadership of school administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Vocational Education office; as a whole and each aspect were at the high level. 2) In terms of the approaches to transformational leadership of school administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Vocational Education office, they were as follows; 2.1) for idealized influence, the school administrators should concentrate on having a virtuous and ethical character and being a good role model. 2.2) In terms of inspiration, the school administrators should respect, praise, encourage and give all colleagues the opportunity to participate in working together. 2.3) For intellectual stimulation, the school administrators should encourage all colleagues to solve problems together, promote knowledge exchange, and be open-minded based on information and evidence leading to creative thinking. 2.4) In terms of individualized consideration, the school administrators should understand and give precedence to individual differences among colleagues, assign tasks according to the abilities, help each other with pleasure, and give all colleagues advice and help them to solve problems. and 3) In terms of the approaches to transformational leadership of school administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Vocational Education office; as a whole and each aspect, beneficence was at the high level.
