Satisfaction of People in Bang Saphan, Prachuapkhirikhan for Using Government’s Application

Abstract

The objectives of the research were (1) to study the level of satisfaction of People in Bang Saphan, Prachuapkhirikhan for Using Government’s Application
(2) to compare the satisfaction of People in Bang Saphan, Prachuapkhirikhan for Using Government’s Application according to the demographic factors (3) to study the relationship between applications use-oriented factors and satisfaction of People in Bang Saphan, Prachuapkhirikhan for Using Government’s Application (4) to study the relationship between social influence and satisfaction of People in Bang Saphan, Prachuapkhirikhan for Using Government’s Application. The sample was 400 who were People in Bang Saphan, Prachuapkhirikhan. Data were collected by questionnaires. The statistics employed  in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Chi-square, Cramer's V and Gamma. The level of significant was set at .05. The results revealed that the satisfaction of People in Bang Saphan, Prachuapkhirikhan for Using Government’s Application was high. The hypothesis testing revealed that the difference  in income had caused difference in the satisfaction. But the difference in sex, age, education and occupation had caused no difference in the satisfaction. In addition, the device and social influence had a relations with satisfaction. However, the Government’s Application use and frequency use didn’t have relationship with satisfaction.
