Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to study social intelligence and job satisfaction of the operational employees of Thailand Post Company Limited in Bangkok and its vicinity, 2)to compare social intelligence among the employees of Thailand Post Company Limited in Bangkok and its vicinity as classified by gender, age and work experience. 3) to compare job satisfaction among the employees of Thailand Post Company Limited in Bangkok and its vicinity as classified by gender, age and work experience.  The study population consists of 386 operational employees and the questionnaire was used as a research method. The statistical analysis methods used in this study were frequency, percentage, mode, mean and standard deviation. The Inferential statistics used in the study were the t-Test ONE-WAY ANOVA The finding of this research on 1) Social Intelligence Analysis is overall social intelligence of the employees are at a very skilled level  = = 3.68. When considering each aspect, it was found that An overview of each aspect of social intelligence skills. And The results of job satisfaction of employees in the operational line Thailand Post Co., Ltd., Bangkok and its vicinity, found that the job satisfaction was at a very satisfactory level  = 4.02. Overview of job satisfaction in each aspect was at a very satisfied level as well. 2) Employees with age and work experience have different social intelligence at the statistical significance level of 0.05 and 3) employees with age and work experience have different job satisfaction at the statistical significance level of 0.05
