Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study present state of academic leadership in digital era of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Sukhothai 2) to study guidelines on development of academic leadership in digital era of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Sukhothai 3) to evaluate suitability and possibility of the practicality of guidelines on development of academic leadership in digital era of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Sukhothai. Sample groups and data sources were qualified people, education administrators, school administrators, deputy school administrators and teachers under the secondary educational service area office Sukhothai of 289 people in the academic year 2022. Research instruments were questionnaire, interview form and evaluating form of the suitability and the possibility. The data were statistically analyzed by frequency value, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation(S.D.) and analysis content The results revealed as follows : The present state of academic leadership in digital era of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Sukhothai overall all aspects were at highest. Sorted from the highest to the lowest were academic planning, management, supervision and encouragement of academic atmosphere. Guidelines on development of academic leadership in digital era of school Administrators had 4 aspects 52 guidelines consisted of 22 guidelines of academic planning, 9 guidelines of management, 12 guidelines of encouragement of academic atmosphere and 9 guidelines of supervision. The evaluation of the suitability and the possibility found that the suitability was overall at highest. Sorted from the highest to the lowest were supervision, encouragement of academic atmosphere, management and academic planning. The possibility was overall at highest too.
