Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study communication methods for team building in the organization to achieve excellence in a successful hotel business, 2) to develop a communication model for team building in the organization to achieve excellence. in a successful hotel business and 3) to study factors affecting the efficiency of corporate communications towards excellence in a successful hotel business. It's an integrative research. between quantitative research and qualitative research The population used in this study was a hotel business in Chiang Rai province, totaling 180 sources, using 5 respondents each. The sample from the formula of Yamane (1973) was 300 by purposive selection. The research tools were interview and questionnaire forms. The results showed that 1. Communication methods for team building in the organization to achieve excellence in the hotel business consist of 4 aspects: 1) Messenger The management and personnel in the organization are able to express their opinions and are given the opportunity to ask questions. 2) Message side, written and unwritten messages are used in language that is easy to understand and meets the needs. 3) The sender side. Substance Personnel in the organization have good communication skills. 4) Communication channels. Internal communication using social media such as E-mail, Line, Facebook, web boards, etc., and organizing meetings or training seminars within the organization for communication, relationship building, organizational relations, customer service 2.The communication style for team building in the organization to achieve excellence in the hotel business consisted of 3 forms: 1) Top-down communication. Fully clarify the details of the work and according to the chain of command for you to act quickly. 2) Communication from the bottom up. Opportunity to express opinions and jointly solve problems with the management. 3) Horizontal communication. Joint discussion or consultation with colleagues in solving problems related to work in the organization. 3.Factors affecting the efficiency of communication in the organization towards excellence in successful hotel business found that the factor of credibility was at a high level (=4.35). Personnel in the organization used neutral words. not be inclined towards any party and have confidence in the information received from the organization By understanding the message is the same as the messenger. Which has repeated questions about what has already been communicated, the receiver has answered correctly and corresponds to the sender. as well as the interview Found that the effectiveness of communication in the organization must be reliable. Information can be understood exactly. suitability to the environment was at a high level (=4.48). Personnel in the organization were open to receiving information. with spoken and written language Body language based on mutual respect and dignity as well as the interview found that personnel in the organization open their minds to accept information with respect and dignity to each other The content aspect was at a high level (=4. 46) Personnel in the organization play an important role in conveying the contents of various messages that are accurate and clear that will be useful to personnel. This will make the operation efficient which will affect the success of the organization. as well as the interview It was found that personnel in the organization were able to recognize, interpret and understand the content or stories communicated by the messengers clearly, completely and correctly implemented. Clarity of communication was at a high level (=4.48). It played an important role in conveying various stories that were clear, correct, both verbally and non-verbally that were useful to personnel. This will make the performance effective which will affect the success of the organization just like the interview. It was found that the important role in conveying various information is clear, accurate, both verbally and non-verbally, which will be beneficial to personnel and organizations that have been recognized. 48) It plays an important role in conveying various stories that are clear, correct, both verbally and non-verbally that are useful to personnel. This will make the performance effective which will affect the success of the organization just like the interview.
